Golf in Los Cabos has never been better with more courses under construction in San José del Cabo and at the new Puerto Los Cabos Marina and Golf Resort east of SJD in La Playa. Drawing a list of Who’s Who in golf, designers include Jack Nicklaus, Robert Trent Jones II, Tom Weiskopf and Greg Norman. The Robert Trent Jones II classically-designed Cabo Real Championship Golf Course offers over 7,000-yards of lush landscape with Sea of Cortés views from every hole, three oceanfront holes, and the sixth hole at 460 feet above sea level. Cabo Real has hosted many international golf tournaments, including the 1996 and 1999 PGA Senior Slams. Carved from the rugged desert terrain, Cabo Real’s magnificent course will rekindle a golfer’s passion for the game as they play their way through the diverse and picturesque design where the Sea of Cortés is never out of sight.
